As for Romney, I do agree that he probably is a conservative, however, I am still uncomfortable enough with his stance on certain issues to keep me from being a “Romney Supporter”. I think there are other candidates in the race that have clear conservative records, and I honestly don’t know about Romney’s conservativism.

As for pandering, I don’t believe that politicians have to pander. I believe that when we abide by the Constitution and make that the foundation of our political views, we will win the debates, the arguments and the hearts of the people. All pandering does it show that you will say or do anything to get elected. I don’t believe in making promises to people that are against sound principles just to get elected without following thru on them.

I don’t hate Romney and would certain vote for him if he were to get the nomination to keep any of the Socialist Democrats out of the White House, but I will only vote for the candidate I feel best represents the Republican party for the nomination.

Don’t hate the man for pandering to get elected – that is what politicians HAVE to do.

Rather judge by what type of executive he would be – and you know in your heart that he would be great. Organized, disiplined, pragmatic, and open minded enough to listen to all sides of an issue.

I know he can skillfully lead the Executive branch and make the goverment do more, while taking less of our hard earned money.

I understand you being uncomofortable with some of his public statements, but the man is just being pragmatic and trying to get elected, you can help him out.
